Both the Winter Music Conference and its accompanying extravaganza weekend, Ultra Music Festival, have announced their 2011 details, but unlike last year, these two events do not happen in one week. Surprisingly, the South by Southwest-style WMC will start two weeks earlier than usual, as the events of this year, will run March 8-12. Ultra, on the other hand, will remain as a regular end-March deadline, but will be expanded to three days from the date of this year, set for March 25-27. The protocol for both events are still coming, but Crystal Castles independently confirmed their appearance at the Ultra.
