Chuck Liddell and Heidi Northcott Engaged

The circumstances for the proposal sound suitably epic for a guy who made his living putting people into submission holds. Liddell and Northcott were on a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon when he presented the ring. Nice.

Jessica Alba Wants Her Daughter to Be Trilingual

She said.At hope I speak a little bit of Spanish to my daughter but its just basic stuff. My goal is for her to be trilingual. Because we’re enrolling her in a French school and then she gets Spanish every day at the house.”

Although Jessica is keeping busy teaching her daughter Spanish and English, she thinks she now has more time to be “wild” with her friends because she can bond with her pals after the youngster has gone to bed. She said: “I think I’m actually a little more wild and free since I’ve had her because, once she’s in bed, all my mom friends, we get together and have dance parties at the house. It sounds really dorky but its true. It’s certainly something I wouldn’t have done before....

Courteney Cox: It'll Be a Lot 'Quieter' Without David Arquette Around

Discussing her future plans, Courteney thinks the future will be “quieter” without her husband around. She explained: “I think it’s going to get quieter. David and I were always very sociable – for the last 10 or 11 years we’ve had people over to our house every single Sunday. It’s a tradition I picked up from my grandmother......

A source told The Sun: “Rihanna hasn’t stopped apologizing since the wedding day. She told Katy she’d been racking her brains about how to make it up to them. She knows how much Katy loves Tokyo, so this way she could give them a trip they would always remember.”

The generous holiday package includes four nights in the $2,500 Dynasty suite at Tokyo’s Mandarin Oriental hotel and first class flights.

Russell and Katy will be delighted with Rihanna’s gift of a second honeymoon as their first was reportedly ruined by a spider. Ne-Yo and Girlfriend Welcome a Baby Girl

Kim Kardashian: Being 30 Is 'Thrilling'

She said: "I was nervous about turning 30. But so far it's been very fulfilling and thrilling. I’m sure there are lots of interviews from when I was 25 and people said, ‘Where do you see yourself when you’re 30?’ And I would have said, ‘Married with babies.’

However, the reality TV star who has been single since splitting from Dallas Cowboys football player Miles Austin in September -- explained she isn't looking for love because she is currently "married" to her work.

Sheryl Crow Talks Touring with Her Kids

As well as wanting to cut down on the amount of performances she does because of her children, Sheryl also admitted becoming a mother has made touring much less wild than it used to be.

She said: "Touring is a very different thing for me now. I'm much calmer, much less… debauched would be the wrong word. I was never debauched, but I did like a smoke and a drink. These days, I'm lucky if I end the evening with a glass of wine. But then I travel with my children now. My priorities have changed.

Now the singer spends her days off while on the road visiting child-friendly local amenities.
She said: “It’s parks, aquariums, museums in the morning. Then lunch, a nap for them, sound check for me, dinner all together and then I tuck them into their bunks before going on stage. As soon as the show is over, I’m back on the bus and to sleep hopefully.....
