UConn 2012 recruiting goal Breanna Stewart and Morgan Tuck was sitting in the front row behind the team bench.

Tiffany Hayes added 16 points, four rebounds and four assists for the Huskies. Hartley finished nine points, four rebounds and three transfers.

Huskies shot only 33.3 percent from the field. Samarie Walker four points, seven rebounds and Stephanie Dolson each contaminated.

All-American center Brittney Griner had 19 points, seven rebounds and nine blocks to lead Baylor 3-1. She was held scoreless in the area 21:47.

Odyssey Sims freshman finished with 17 points and six rebounds. Kimetria Hayden had 15 points.

Lady Bears committed 24 turnovers.

The game was a rematch 70/50 victory for UConn in the national semifinal in San Antonio last April 4. Huskies improved 13.2 all the time in games between the top two countries place teams, including 10-1, when they estimated number 1........
