Manager: Oksana Grigorieva is a Two Faced, Button-Pushing Opportunist

A News By 4usnews:A man Mel Gibson hired to manage Oksana Grigorieva's singing career says she's basically a back-stabbing liar who was constantly "pushing Mel's buttons."

Michael Lustig submitted a declaration for Mel in his child custody case, claiming that despite Gibson's efforts, Oksana never showed an ounce of gratitude.

Sort of the sentiment we heard on the Mel Gibson tapes.In the document, Lustig states, "In my experience, Ms. Grigorieva's disposition is generally anxious, depressed and uneasy. She constantly 'digs' at Mr. Gibson."

It's not surprising that he adds how she "pushes his buttons."

Lustig says Oksana Grigorieva was a "dark" person when she argued with Mel, noting he often heard her yell at him with "sharp, pointed and nasty" words.

Yeah. Amazing to think that someone could actually make Mel Gibson look like something of a sympathetic victim in all of this, but Oksana is doing her best.....

John Travolta, Kelly Preston Welcome Baby Son!

"I've been cleaning out everything in the house," Kelly said in September. "Ella has been helping too. She's looking forward to being a big sister."

Their daughter, Ella, is 10. The couple's son Jett suffered a fatal seizure at age 16 in January 2009. We congratulate them on Benjamin's birth .....

Kody Brown, Sister Wives Still Under Investigation

TLC's Sister Wives has been picked up for a second season. Whether prosecutors in Utah throw a wrench into it with bigamy charges remains to be seen.

Kody Brown and his four wives have come under scrutiny from law enforcement and members of their own community for broadcasting their lives on TV.

The Browns have been under investigation for two months - and counting.

"We're in no rush to get this filed," says Donna Kelly, a deputy county attorney for Utah County. "You can expect a decision in the next 60 to 90 days."

Although polygamy is illegal, officials rarely get involved due to the sheer number of cases in Utah unless there's child abuse, incest, abuse or fraud.

"We don't go looking for cases like this," says Kelly. "But the Browns have definitely made it easier for us by admitting to felonies on national TV."

No Decision in Mel Gibson Custody Case...

The judge in Mel Gibson's custody battle with Oksana Grigorieva postponed a decision until he hears more from both parties, which won't happen until December.

Both parties appeared in court yesterday not no decision was reached. Mel moved to strip Oksana of custody of their daughter, Lucia, and she was on the stand...

Mel believes her recent interview on Larry King proves her main goal is perpetrating a smear campaign against him and not acting in the best interests of Lucia.

Moksana.Mel claims he has photos that prove Oksana lied about the abuse she says she suffered at his hands. Grigorieva claims she and Lucia were hurt by Mel in January.

The custody fight is concurrent with investigations into Mel for domestic violence and Oksana for extortion, neither of which has resulted in any charges.

Jessica Simpson Recalls Eric Johnson Proposal!!!

Tears of joy. They flowed from the face of Jessica Simpson after Eric Johnson, her boyfriend of less than six months, proposed to her November 11.

Opening up about her recent engagement during a Monday appearance on The Early Show, Simpson called Johnson's proposal "a total surprise."

"I had to sit on his knee; I was too shocked to really get what was happening."Eric Johnson will soon become Mr. Jessica Simpson.

What was her reaction when Johnson, a Yale graduate and former NFL tight end, presented her with a ruby, diamond and gold Neil Lane sparkler?

"I first said 'Yes!'" Simpson told Harry Smith, giggling. "I didn't even try the ring on for 5 minutes," she adds. "I just sat there and cried with him."

Guess she didn't pay for it herself then.

She says she loves that Johnson went the unconventional route with her new sparkler, choosing the ruby, her birthstone, to make it stand out.

"I've already done the traditional thing," she sniffed of her ring from first husband Nick Lachey, who's also newly engaged to Vanessa Minnillo.

"I wanted to do something that was different."

She says Eric "had a plan a long time ago" to propose. "He had a [sit-down] with my mom and dad about it... He was a gentleman about it."

Eric is "the best man in my life... He is really thoughtful. Keeps me very centered. [He always] makes me feel like my feet are on the ground.'"

Miley Cyrus celebrated her 18th birthday a couple days early last night.

First, the singer performed "Love and Forgiveness" at the American Music Awards. Then, she rented out Los Angeles nightclub Trousdale and threw herself a party, surrounded by friends (Demi Moore, Rumer Willis, AJ Michalka) and family members (mother Tish).Cyrus turns 18 tomorrow, but she received the best birthday present of all from rumored boyfriend Avan Jogia around 2 a.m. this morning.

Mason Dash Disick is Okay!

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick received a scare on Friday night.

Following an allergic reaction to peanut butter, the couple called 911 and was advised to bring son Mason to a New York City hospital. Fortunately, there was no real damage and the family returned home after just a brief visit.It will take more than peanut butter and an attention-starved mother to bring Mason Dash down!!!

Kourtney blogged about the incident today, shooting down reports that blew the incident out of proportion and writing: "I learned such a lesson with this…to always follow my instincts and call 911. Always better safe than sorry.....

Insane Producer Swears: Michael Jackson is ALIVE!

Music producer Teddy Riley has serious issues ... with the fact that people just ASSUME Michael Jackson is dead. Come on, people, it's a conspiracy!

Riley, who worked with MJ all the way to the end - or WAS it the end?! - has reignited a conspiracy theory after Tweeting that he believes he's alive.

Where is he? How would he possibly live in secret even if he did fake his own death successfully? Why would he abandon his kids? Not explained.Wherever Michael Jackson is, Teddy Riley wishes him the best.

Riley worked with MJ on his Dangerous album and produced the (possibly) late singer's controversial song "Breaking News" on his upcoming Sony album.

Riley wrote, "If people can think Elvis is still alive why the F#*@ I cant [sic] think Michael is still alive." Truly, no one can argue that kind of sage wisdom.

A fan then wrote to him: "Akon said he believes Michael is in hiding and will be coming back one day. Im curious to know what ya think bout that."

After buying roughly two grams of pot, Willow and her companion drove off. "Willow had been told that the pot was really good stuff," Nezaticky recalls.

Another peer, Matt Scott, shockingly reveals that in October 2009, Willow hid herself away at a party and took swigs straight from a bottle of liquor.

Imran Chaudhry, who was also at the party, confirms an underage Willow was guzzling vodka: "I saw her drinking from a bottle of Monarch," he says.

Ryan Gosling Is Always Being Mistaken for Ryan Reynolds

But Ravi Kumar, District Collector for the region of Sawai Madhopur, rubbished the claims, saying: "I gave permission for special landing of the helicopter to the hotel administration as they need to shift a patient to Jaipur. I am not concerned about who was traveling with the patient."

A complaint was also filed against six people, including Katy and Russell, for violating the Wildlife Protection Act through sound pollution caused by fire crackers and loud music during the marriage ceremony.....
