Report: Dina Lohan Is Suing 'Glee' for Mocking Her Daughter

A news by yahoofreeshop:Dina Lohan is not happy about last night's episode of Glee that used her daughter Lindsay’s plight as part of a storyline.

In the show, guest star Gwyneth Paltrow is seen playing substitute Spanish teacher Holly Holliday who instructs her students how to speak the language by asking them questions about the Hollywood actress -- who is currently completing a court-ordered rehab program.

In the scene, Holly asks pupils in Spanish, accompanied by English subtitles on screen: “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?

She then asks: “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?”

The final disparaging remark sees the teacher tell her class, “Please get into groups and discuss how many times Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab,” when she needs to speak to a student in private.

Website Gossip Cop reports Dina as telling them “our lawyers are sending a letter” to Glee on the grounds the show allegedly defamed the actress.

A representative for Lindsay added: Lindsay has an issue that millions of people around the world are dealing with yet Glee is treating addiction as a laughing matter.

The 24/year/old star is currently scheduled to remain at the Betty Ford Center until January 3 after failing two court-ordered drugs tests in September, testing positives for cocaine and amphetamines.........

Eva Longoria Tweets 'Great Sadness' Over Divorce From Tony Parker

A news by yahoofreeshop:Eva Longoria only said in September that she and hubby Tony Parker were “very much” in love, but it was announced yesterday that she'd filed for divorce. The actress took to Twitter to announce her split from the basketball player after just over three years of marriage, but claimed the pair were “praying” for each other.

She wrote: “It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.”

Eva filed legal separation papers Tony at Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday.

According to court papers, Eva wants to divorce Tony over “irreconcilable differences.”

Eva 35 is seeking spousal support from Tony, 28 and is also asking for her maiden name to be restored. The court documents also state that the date of the separation is still to be determined.

The pair, who got engaged in November 2006, had a fairytale wedding on July 7, 2007, tying the knot in front of guests at the Chateau of Vaux le Vicomte - a 17th Century castle located on the outskirts of Paris, France.....

Report: 'Twist of Kate' on the Chopping Block

A news by yahoofreeshop:If we are to believe the seemingly endless list of "sources" that speak anonymously to Life & Style, TLC has decided that one Kate Gosselin show is enough for the network and it has shelved Twist of Kate, her planned second show in which the reality mom meets other moms who've been inspired by Gosselin and triumphed in their own struggling situations.

According to a TLC rep, the next Kate Plus 8 special airs on November 28 with a Sarah Palin show lead-in AND that they're keeping Twist of Kate on the schedule. Who knows, maybe there exists enough Kate Gosselin interest to support two reality shows. And then again, maybe there's not.

A June 22, 2009 episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8 brought in 10.6 million viewers (impressive numbers for a cable reality show), where the most recent episode of Kate Plus 8 pulled in just over a million viewers.

In the business of show, this is not good.

Meanwhile, in other Kate Gosselin-related news, PopEater's Rob Shuter reported yesterday that Gosselin is blowing through cash like an A-lister. A source told Shuter:
"She flies first class and stays at the most expensive hotels and spends money on herself like it's going out of fashion. Remember, this is a woman who once spent $7,000 on a haircut.....
And it gets better / worse.
"She thought she would earn millions by advertising baby carriages, food and cloths, but no one wanted her. The poor thing even thought she would get a deal with Cover Girl after being on Dancing With The Stars, instead they went with Beyonce.......

Kelly Osbourne Lives in Fear of Getting Cancer Like Her Mother

A news by yahoofreeshop:Kelly Osbourne tearfully revealed she lives in fear of getting cancer during an appearance on chat show The Talk yesterday.

The 26-year-old star has convinced herself she is going to get the disease since her mother Sharon was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2002.

Sharon is a presenter on The Talk -- which debuted in October -- and looked on as her daughter made her emotional confession.

Kelly said: “I'm absolutely convinced that I'm going to get cancer. I go to the doctor at least once a week for a B12 shot, because B12 is really good at building your immune system and keeping you healthy.”

The blonde beauty also went on to speak about how her mother is a brave and inspirational woman, and she got a hug from Sharon, 58, afterward.

Kelly -- whose father is rocker Ozzy Osbourne =- added: “People automatically assume that once you're in the public eye, everything's amazing and your life has always been amazing because you're in Hollywood, but, you know, my mum has had the hardest life you could ever imagine.

“Going through that makes you realize that at the end of the day, all you have is your family.”

Sharon was given a 33 per cent chance of recovery when she was diagnosed with the disease after doctors discovered the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes.

But she beat the illness and went on to found The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at Los Angeles' Cedars Sinai Medical Center........
